Pinned tool roll

Perfect little tool kit for a basic set up. Paired it with the waterproof cover and strapped it to my crash bars on my t7 with the mosko moto moto straps

A great system for the backcountry!

Recently took the Reckless 80 on a trip from Edmonton to Vancouver Island for an exploration of the North Island backcountry. Despite rainstorms, low temps, high temps, and a few dropped bikes, the Reckless kept my gear dry, and held up as advertised. Very easy to use, and held more than enough for my needs. Installed on my 23 890R easily (aided by a Perun Moto rack). Would highly recommend to anyone wanting soft luggage for camping off the bike. Thanks Mosko!

Rugged and Ready

I have bought Mosko Moto gear a couple of times now for different bikes. This gear is rugged. It is going to hold up to anything I can throw at it. It is also ready. It is so easy to pack (40L Duffle) and install on my bike. I feel at ease driving down a trail knowing that the bag will be there at the end of the trail. Amazing ruggedness and easy to attach. Thanks!

Tool Pouch

I bought the small size tool pouch at the 50th MOA Rally held in Richmond Virginia. The product is great, it holds the tools I need for my rides. I really like the Mosko Products, and highly recommend to other BMW owners

Can't complain about the quality of this rackless kit, I'm just finding the carrying capacity a bit slight, which is my own fault really, I should have got the larger bags

The Reckless 10 is definitely geared towards the minimalist. We recommend it for longer day rides or credit card camping in warmer climates. If you're looking to expand your capacity you could try a local ADVRIDER.COM fleamarket thread or the Mosko Moto Riders Group on Facebook incase someone else is looking to exchange luggage options.
Thanks!

Pinner Tool Roll

We are currently sold out of the Pinner Tool Roll and ADV Toolkit.  Anticipated return to stock date for both is late October. If you would like to be alerted when these return to stock, please click on the Notify Me button. Pro Tip: If you do not see the Notify Me button, click on your specific size and or color and then refresh your browser.

Fatty too big? Roll a Pinner! The quantity of tools you’d take for a day ride on a dirt bike is going to be a lot less than you’d take around the world. The pinner fits in pockets, tank bags, and MOLLE Pouches. It’s a perfect home for the OEM tool kit you got with your bike, plus the other tools and odds & ends you’ve acquired over time.

Speaking of tools, you can now order your Pinner pre-rolled with the exclusive Mosko blend of CruzTOOLS. Okay, everyone’s style is a little different, so we don’t actually load the roll for you, but this combo makes the perfect foundation for your custom ADV repair kit. CruzTOOLS has been crafting powersports-specific handtools for over 20 years, and they come with a lifetime warranty. It's the same set of tools we sell with the Fatty. What else can we say?

When we first investigated tool storage solutions several years ago, we were initially turned off by the ‘roll,’ even though we were all using them. A tool roll seems so old-school, like something a cowboy would've carried, or a biker gang in the 50s. Surely there's a better, more modern way?

With more research though, we came around. There’s a reason why tool rolls persist. The beauty of a roll versus, say, a bag or box, is that it naturally expands and contracts based on how much stuff is in it, and it conforms to a wide variety of tool shapes and sizes, while still rolling into a tidy package that fits in a stash-spot or external pocket.

With tool rolls, we felt there’d been a ‘race to the bottom’ on price-point and features. There are so many tool rolls already on the market, all with very similar features, and all at the lowest possible prices. Many OEMs even ship a tool roll for free with every bike. So we went a different direction in designing the Fatty and Pinner. We cut zero corners on materials and features, and we hope we created the most awesome tool roll you'll ever own.

Is there another waterproof tool roll out there? If so, we haven't seen it. We offer the Fatty & Pinner Tool Rolls with a highly abrasion-proof, welded-seam, waterproof rain cover. Tools are heavy and hard, and they press and vibrate against everything they touch, so the rain cover's gotta' be tough. This one is tough as nails, and it doubles as a trailside parts tray. If you’re riding in the desert and don’t need the rain cover, no problem: reduce bulk by leaving the rain cover at home and taking only the tool roll itself.

Sliding the roll out of the raincover, you’ll see lots of tool storage pockets, with webbing straps to hold everything. Unlike traditional tool rolls, however, there’s also a large Velcro flap that traps your tools in place, so your tiniest hex key won’t escape somewhere out in the woods. Inside the flap there’s a zippered mesh pocket for tube patches and tire repair.

What about those bulky tools that never fit? Things like vice grips and open-ended wrenches? We added two large zipper pockets to accommodate these, plus spark plugs, JB Weld, sockets, Loctite, and all those other things which you always need but can't find, because they’re somewhere in the bottom of your bag.

There’s a webbing belt on the outside that easily transfers from the outside of the rain cover to the outside of the roll itself, depending on where you want it. There’s also a handle on top, so you can easily pull the Pinner from an external pocket or MOLLE pouch.

Still haven’t assembled your kit? We did the homework for you, by hand-picking a custom set from CruzTOOLS, and adding a few of our favorite essentials. We threw in things like three sizes of UV-stabile Ty-Rap® zip ties, J-B KwikWeld, and a special container to protect it from making a mess. Simply pluck a couple of model-specific items from your bike’s OEM toolkit (like axle and spark plug wrenches), roll everything up in your Pinner, and forget ever having to borrow tools from your buddies again.
